About The Growth Explorer's Series
(Ages 11-14)
Introducing the Youth Growth Mindset Coaching Series Curriculum, designed to empower young individuals in their personal development journey. Through a series of engaging activities and discussions, participants explore key themes:
Friendship, Cooperation, Big Dreams, and Goals:
Emphasis is on collaboration, empathy, and goal setting. Through role-play and vision board creation, participants develop teamwork skills and envision their aspirations, culminating in a parent presentation.
Thoughts, Emotions, & Language Exploration
Focus shifts to understanding reactions, cultivating positivity, and effective communication. Fun exercises like group card building and the Sticky Note Game promote teamwork and optimism, while personalized explorer’s journey presentations encourage self-expression.
Discovering My World
Participants delve into self-discovery, exploring nature, emotions, and pathways to personal happiness. Story sessions, mindfulness practices, and outdoor exploration foster curiosity and emotional awareness.
Additional learning reinforces the growth mindset, building confidence, embracing failure as a stepping stone to success, and setting and pursuing goals. The curriculum provides a holistic approach to personal growth and development for youth.
